Stuur Je Werk

At Mervielde, we believe that a strong organization starts with engaged employees. That is why we are participating in the 'Stuur je werk' (‘Drive your work’) project, with financial support from the European Union.

Through this process, we are focusing on the further development of our (internal) organization. Together with colleagues from various departments, we are examining how we can make our operations more efficient, clearer and future-oriented. In doing so, we create a work environment where employees feel optimally supported and are given the space to further develop themselves.

During the project, we are working on, among other things:

• clear onboarding for new colleagues
• making knowledge within the organization more accessible and shareable
• improving our internal processes and collaboration
• strengthening the support, skills  and employability of our employees

We view this process as an investment in the future of Mervielde. By building strong internal operations together, we strengthen our employees and, consequently, the quality of our services.
