Kluizendok works until the end of 2026: Mervielde remains accessible

From mid-April until the end of 2026, works will take place in the vicinity of our sites in Ertvelde. These works will be carried out in phases on Christoffel Colombuslaan and Vasco da Gamalaan.

Our tank cleaning facility, headquarters and Mervielde Terminal will remain accessible throughout the entire period.

Accessibility and diversions

During the works, all our sites in North Sea Port will remain accessible for loading and unloading. Our tank cleaning facility will also remain accessible.

However, significant disruption is expected on the access route south of Mervielde. To avoid delays for your visit, we recommend following the diversions below.

Freight traffic and passenger cars (preferred route)

• R4 exit Rieme-Noord – Zonneweg – Assenedestraat – Bombardementstraat

Alternative route for passenger cars

• R4 exit Rieme centre – Riemesteenweg – Monumentstraat
• Kuhlmannkaai (N474) – Bombardementstraat
