Mervielde publishes its latest sustainability report: from ambition to action
At Mervielde, sustainability is an important part of our long-term approach to doing business. With our latest Sustainability report, we take the next step in reporting transparently on our progress and the actions we have taken based on our achievements in 2025.
The past year was one of growth for our organization. We significantly expanded our storage capacity and strengthened our group through the acquisition of Tanktransport Vereecke and Transport Plovie. At the same time, we continued to invest in more efficient and sustainable transport solutions, safety and quality, and the optimization of our processes.
Our sustainability strategy is built around five pillars:

- Safety first – embedding safety in our operations, infrastructure and culture
- Climate action – reducing our environmental impact through more sustainable transport, energy and resource management
- Helping people grow – investing in the well-being, development and future of our colleagues
