 Transport Van Heesvelde is a separate company with its own organisation and its own clientele, but fully supported by Transport Mervielde. Initially Transport Van Heesvelde was only active in the transporting of coal tar. Today Van Heesvelde transports different groups of products with dedicated road tankers such as coal tar, fluid waste, solvents, high temperature products and printing inks. (>150 °C for phtalic anhydride) For transporting waste we dispose of the necessary licences and associated insurance for our surrounding countries. Since 2003 Transport Van Heesvelde has been certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and in July 2005 a SQAS audit was conducted.
